All Ground Shipping orders will ship out within 24 to 48 hours from the time of purchase (business days). All orders being placed with NEXT DAY SHIPPING or TWO DAY SHIPPING must be placed by 12PM EST. in order to receive your package within the expected time period. Please make sure your billing information is input correctly at the time of checkout. In the event that shipping information is input incorrectly, orders may be delayed and any refund request for shipping cost will not be granted. *We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud related issues.*

All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9AM until 5PM EST. We do not offer shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays. Should you place your order after normal business hours, on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day.


Shipping cost and options will be calculated in our checkout page after the billing and shipping address have been input. 

Post Priority Mail - Transit time varies 15 - 30 business days. For this shipping option your order is shipped with the United States Postal Service. Once your package reaches your country, it will be transferred to your local mail carrier who will then fulfill your delivery.

DHL Express can take anywhere from 3 to 5 Business days. 

Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Atlanta Shoe Studio LLC. cannot predict what your particular duties, taxes, cutoffs fees may be. Atlanta Shoe Studio LLC. is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.

We provide tracking information on all orders (via email). You will be able to track your package during the entire transit time by utilizing the package tracking tool contained in the shipping confirmation email that will be provided. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. Atlanta Shoe Studio, LLC. will not be liable or assume responsibility for orders that show “DELIVERED” via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or any other postal carrier.


Atlanta Shoe Studio LLC. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and does not provide any refunds or replacement of merchandise associated with these orders.
If Your package appears to be lost or stolen, please fill out a claim with UPS at: or Lost package claims must be filed within 5 business days from the date it was marked delivered. Please know that orders reported as "lost" or "stolen" with a purchase price greater than $100 will REQUIRE a police report.

All item(s) on our *(Clothing, Curve/Plus and Sale Tab)* are non-refundable and no exchanges are permitted *(No Exceptions)*. We reserve the right to add or remove items from our Sale tab at any time.

At Atlanta Shoe Studio we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, your item(s) are not the right fit for you, we will exchange your item(s) or provide a refund on your original purchase price (minus shipping costs). Merchandise must be unworn, in new condition, and returned in the same packaging (shoebox) *No Exceptions*. Any item received for a return or exchange that is not in NEW CONDITION will not be honored, *no exceptions*. There will be a 20% restocking fee applied on all returned items.

Return Requirements:

Merchandise must be returned within 10 business days of receiving the merchandise.

  1. Merchandise must be in new & unworn condition with all the original tags and shoe box.
  2. Must request an RMA Return Merchandise Authorization number to start your return thru email or call.
Please allow 5-7 business days for transit time plus an additional 7-10 business days for processing after arrival at our Fulfillment Center. You will receive an email confirmation once we process your refund.
